Jeff Yates is an attorney and Professor of Political Science at Binghamton University. He conducts research and teaches in the areas of law, courts, presidency, state politics, public policy, and criminal justice.
Andy Whitford is Professor of Public Administration and Policy at the University of Georgia. His research and teaching interests span a variety of topics, including the presidency and executive politics, legal institutions and policy, American and comparative public policy, political economy, organizational behavior, and research methodology.
